Spring Strength Training Added!

Those of you who are intending on doing the summer lifting, or those of you who are coming off of winter lifting, or those of you looking to gain an edge on your peers or the competition...there is going to be a spring lifting session after school on Monday/Wednesday/Friday.  Lifting weights is a great way to improve fitness and performance, as well as becoming more injury proof.

The meeting for spring lifting will be in Mr Essler's room right after school this Wednesday, March 19th.  BE THERE!
