Great article on tournament day fuel for the athlete...

Here is a great article on some current recommendations for fueling yourself to win when preparing for a long tournament.  Not the simplest plan, but winning championships and playing your best comes with a price.  If you happen to try these foods, I'd love to hear how it goes.
